The second annual Rainbow Tie Gala will take place on campus on Wednesday, January 26, 2011. Organized by the Principal’s Advisory Committee on Positive Space, the event celebrates lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) staff, students and faculty at UTSC.
This year’s event takes place in the Doris McCarthy Gallery from 5-8pm. All students, staff and faculty are welcome to attend. Formal attire is not required, but rainbow accessories are encouraged.
Last year’s event was a huge success, with more than 200 staff, students and faculty in attendance.
