The Students of Sociology (SOS) organize an annual lecture series that features Sociology Department faculty. Faculty offer brief, plain language presentations that expose students to research and give students and faculty an opportunity to meet and get to know each other outside of the classroom.
In 2013-14, the SOS Mini Lectures featured Professors Clayton Childress, John Hannigan and Rania Salem.
