Share your valuable career experience by participating in one of our many programs designed to support and encourage students with their career exploration. All you need to contribute is your time, knowledge and enthusiasm!
Raise your profile. As a speaker on one of our career and industry panels, you can share your industry knowledge, profile your organization, and influence future career decisions.
Tell your story. Inspire students by describing your career path and answering one of their most common questions: “What can I do with my degree?”.
Create awareness. 30 minutes can open a student’s eyes to career possibilities they might never have considered. Chat with students in person or on the phone to answer career questions and help them learn about your work.
Share your expertise. Open your doors and let students discover your work environment first-hand. Placements can take place every November, February and May and last 1 to 5 days. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with students, profile your company and enhance your coaching and facilitation skills.
Be a mentor. Mentor a senior student during the academic year to provide guidance and feedback based on your experience. Mentors also benefit from access to practical development opportunities and programming at UTSC.
We’re always looking for great co-op opportunities. To post a co-op position for UTSC students, please visit:
