Join this weekly discussion with fellow U of T students as we virtually navigate through various health & wellness topics.  Each session will be led by UTSC Fitness staff to open up a platform where we can share what we are doing during these times of physical distancing and give you an opportunity to ask questions.  Register at - participants will be emailed a link to the online discussion.
