Join the Athletics & Recreation team in October for two events, Outdoor Yoga and Movement & Meditation, in support of Mental Wellness Month. Space is limited, so sign-up in advance through recreation.utoronto.ca
 

Outdoor Yoga
Join us to experience a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class through strengthening poses and body flow.  All levels welcome.  Please bring your own towel, wear comfortable clothing and a mask to the class.  Meet your instructor Kirthana at the H-Wing patio.  There are two dates to choose from.

Saturday October 9 from 9:00 - 10:00am
Sunday October 24 from 9:00 - 10:00am

 

Movement & Meditation
Explore meditation as we move through our beautiful outdoor trails.  Together we will practice some methods of living in the moment, reducing anxiety and body awareness.   No experience necessary.  Athletic shoes and comfortable clothing recommended.  Please wear your mask to the class and meet your instructor Laurie at the H-Wing patio pathway entrance.  There are two dates to choose from.

Tuesday October 19 from 1:30 - 2:30pm
