These four week sport conditioning sessions are geared towards enhancing skills for specific sports to play at a higher level. The focus will be on individual skills and fitness components.
Program space is limited and registration is required. Registration can be done online at recreation.utoronto.ca. U of T students, staff and faculty will be able to log in to the recreation website using their UTORid.
