Virtual Registered Programs - Session 2

Stay active this summer and join us for our virtual registered programs!  Classes will be offered as pre-recorded sessions and begin the week of July 6th.

Fitness Kickboxing
This course teaches an authentic, total body boxing workout. It is geared to improving one's endurance, strength, hand-eye coordination, balance and flexibility. This course is for individuals of all fitness levels. No equipment needed. There will be 4 classes that will be released on July 7, 14, 21 and 28.  Registration is required - participants will be emailed a link each week for the program.  Register for this program at recreation.utoronto.ca

Dancefit with C-Flava
Dance is the hidden language of the soul. Through movement and the rhythm of soca, reggae, dancehall and afrobeats, C-Flava will take you through progressive, energetic routines that will encourage your spirit to be free. There will be 4 classes that will be released on July 8, 15, 22 and 29. Registration is required - participants will be emailed a link each week for the program.  Register for this program at recreation.utoronto.ca

MMA Conditioning
The UTSC MMA Club will take you through self-defense techniques to build your confidence and fitness levels. There will be 4 classes that will be released on July 9, 16, 23 and 30. Registration is required - participants will be emailed a link each week for the program.  Register for this program at recreation.utoronto.ca
