Hear Ye! Hear Ye! We welcome all interested participants to join our wellesteemed guests for the final HISD73 class focusing on festive food and the power of spectacle. Baird, a recent Order of Canada recipient, is a renowned food writer known for her landmark cookbook Classic Canadian Cooking: Menus for the Seasons and her work at the Canadian Living magazine. Bridget Wranich is the Program Officer at Fort York  and an expert in late 18th and 19th century cooking in Upper-Canada. Together, Baird and Wrainch, will discuss historic foods and recipes for victory during the Great War era, with particular attention to the food that unit us during the holiday season. Participants will join our guests in the baking of seasonal treats!
