As a researcher and observer of top performers in a wide variety of organizations, I am endlessly fascinated by learning about what excellence looks like and how to identify and develop talent for the future.

While my audience has mostly been human resources and training & development managers and professionals, I hope that my thoughts will be useful to anyone who aspires to be the best they can be in their chosen line of work.

The articles I have selected represent a sampling of my writings on this general topic. I welcome your comments, questions, and suggestions of other topics you would like me to explore.
