If your primary language is not English and you have graduated from a non-Canadian University* where the language of instruction and examination was not English, then you must demonstrate your facility in English. This can be accomplished through one of the tests listed below:

English Facility Test scores are valid for two years.

For TOEFL, IELTS and COPE tests, please arrange with the testing agency to send your score electronically to the University of Toronto, Enrolment Services (there is no need to send paper score sheets for any of these tests). However, MELAB does not send scores to institutions electronically, so please arrange with MELAB to have scores sent to the following address: University of Toronto, Enrolment Services, 172 St George Street, Toronto ON M5R 0A3.
