On July 25th, we had a special installment of the Faculty-Staff lunch, sponsored by the Healthy Campus Initiative. This month’s theme was "Saladlicious", featuring our salad café that served vibrant greens from the UTSC Farmers’ Market, power packed proteins, and sumptuous sides to create your own salads.
We also had an Infusible Water Bar to learn how to make refreshing and tasty fruits/herbs infused water. Our guests were encouraged to use their complimentary Healthy Campus Infusible water bottles at this station.
This event also featured our partnerships with portfolios that promoted the Healthy Campus Initiatve and the launch of the Healthy Campus Website.
