After a demanding exam, your brain is tired and it can be hard to not be judgmental about your performance.
If you engage in harsh self-criticism after an exam, you can combat this by engaging in activities that you find relaxing for your mind and body (i.e. hobbies, physical activity, meditation, etc.).
