In the spirit of reconciliation, on September 30, 2020 join us in solidarity as we celebrate Orange Shirt Day at UofT. Understanding and acknowledging our shared history is a vital part of working towards reconciliation. Orange Shirt Day is a day we remember and honour the 1000s of Indigenous children who were sent away to residential schools in Canada and to learn more about the history of those schools. Join us across campus as we wear an orange article of clothing to show solidarity with all of those impacted by the legacy of residential schools.
