Fieldwork at PEARL

Dan Weaver is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto Scarborough, focusing on physics education. He researches the Arctic atmosphere and climate change. During his Ph.D. he collected data using a high-resolution spectrometer at the Polar Environment Atmospheric Research Laboratory (PEARL), near Eureka, Nunavut (80°N). Dan is an advocate for science and evidence-based public policy decision-making. He is also a photographer.
