Join the UTSC community and the rest of Toronto in a 20-Minute Makeover.
The sixth annual 20-Minute Toronto Makeover event celebrates Earth Day (April 22) and kicks off Toronto's annual spring clean-up events. The Makeover is well timed to when the season's heavy snowfall has melted revealing all the debris. Residents, employees and students across Toronto and other participating GTA communities are asked to go outside for 20 minutes on Friday, April 24 and pick up litter around businesses, in our parks, schoolyards and other public areas. Last year, more than 135,000 Torontonians voluntarily worked together to help keep our city clean and beautiful.
Getting involved in the 20-Minute Makeover is another way to experience the many rewards of living green. It's an excellent opportunity to turn you green ideas into action.
