On behalf of the Centre for Ethnography, we would like to invite you to attend a seminar presentation highlighting the results of the Student Ethnographic Research Project 2009:

This new program, conducted over the summer and funded by the Student Experience Fund, involved fieldwork training for undergraduate anthropology students to conduct independent research projects in various locations across Toronto. Their field sites range from a Toronto kitchen, a Charismatic Church at Jane and Finch, Toronto nightclubs, 'multiculturalism' within Scarborough campus and a Coptic Christian church. In this seminar, students who participated in the program will each have a chance to present and discuss the results of their work with a broader community of faculty and peers.

We hope you will be able to join us and learn more about the exciting range of fieldwork projects, and to support our Social Science undergraduate students and their research.
