The competition is heating up as three U of T Scarborough professors vie for the title of Ontario’s Best Lecturer on TVO’s Big Ideas show, starting this Saturday, January 13th.
This is your chance to support our professors by tuning in, watching and voting for them. Our campus can win a $10,000 scholarship if one of our finalists is selected.
Here’s the program schedule:
Saturday, January 13: Professor Steve Joordens
Saturday, February 3: Professor Marc Fournier
Saturday, February 10: Professor Maydianne Andrade
The finalists’ lectures will air on Big Ideas on TVO Saturdays and again on Sundays at 4:00 p.m. Check your local listing for station information. It’s up to viewers to rate each of the top 10, and ultimately to determine Ontario’s Best Lecturer.
