Anne Washburn’s 10 Out of 12 takes you there by immersing you in the often hilarious and always bizarre world of a technical rehearsal. You’ll share in the director’s struggle to find meaning and the stage manager’s struggle to find actors. By eavesdropping on the technical crew’s conversation through your own personal headphones, you might just find out what they really think of the actors. In the end, you’ll be welcomed into a community bound by a common desire: to turn the mundane of our lives into the magic of theatre.
