Do you want to make time fly? Or stop time altogether? Learn how to take an existing machine and alter how it operates. Bring a lamp, hand blender, flashlight, battery powered toy, fan, etc. that you are willing to destroy.*

You will learn:
- what is safe to change in a range of readymade machines
- basic tools and process for machine hacking
- what control circuits are available for sign out in the Fabrication Lab and how to use them
Your readymade machine needs to:
- either use AAA or AA batteries** that you replace/remove to recharge OR
- a machine that plugs into the wall
*when hacking a machine, you may not be able to return it to the original state
**we are not covering devices that use built in batteries
