Mental well-being contributes directly to our overall health, our ability to cope with challenges, and our degree of contentment within our lives. The Healthy Campus Initiative strives to raise awareness of the importance of mental health, including ways to maintain and improve it. We also aim to promote mental health literacy and increase accessibility of mental health support to students, staff, and faculty.
