The University of Toronto Scarborough Philosophy department welcomed dozens of ethics bowl teams on Saturday, February 3 for the inaugural UTSC regional ethics bowl. Professor Julia Nefsky, Chair of the UTSC Department of Philosophy, served as the faculty co-ordinator.
Los Pollos Hermanos of Dr. G.W. Williams Secondary School (Newmarket) and Locke and Key of Trafalgar Castle School (Whitby) emerged as the event’s top two teams and will attend the Ontario Championship on March 2-3 at the University of Toronto, Mississauga.
