Financial Aid Advisors

Our Financial Aid team, Carol, Jeremy and Tatiana can meet with you privately for drop-in appointments and can help you with matters relating to government student financial assistance programs, such as OSAP, fees and payments, registration, and U of T financial support – bursaries, grants and UTAPS, and much more. You can access our service beginning upon admission to UTSC and throughout your postsecondary studies and beyond. Support is available for all students: undergraduate and graduate (OSAP only).

• Understanding Canadian government student aid policies and procedures
• Appealing or asking for reconsideration of your government student aid
• Applying for a UTSC bursary/grant & appealing a grant decision

• Deferring your fee payment
• Budgeting and other financial matters

In-Person drop in appointments are available during office hours, note that virtual appointments are not available at this time. Appointments are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please refer to our availability below. We must verify your identity at the beginning of each appointment. Please bring your T-Card and Valid Government issued photo ID. If you are attempting to reset your OSAP password and obtain your OAN, you must also bring proof of SIN (e.g. SIN CARD)
