•    Develop and execute strategic initiatives to advance the career services program, emphasizing program effectiveness and the cultivation of essential  relationships with stakeholders.
•    Design and deliver a comprehensive career education curriculum, including events, workshops, and advising sessions, continuously improving its relevance and effectiveness to current industry trends and job market demand 
•    Offer personalized coaching and advice to students on career-related goals, assist in setting career goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
