Jeffrey Hicks

Jeff is an Assistant Professor of Economic Analysis and Policy at the University of Toronto. He received a Ph.D. from the Department of Economics at the University of British Columbia in 2021. His research focuses on the design and implementation of taxation and transfer systems. Previously, he was a researcher involved with the British Columbia Basic Income Panel and a visiting researcher at the federal Department of Finance.
