Areas of Responsibility

• Lead the student group portfolio: provide guidance; develop and implement processes; develop and deliver training; act as primary liaison between department and all groups under the departmental umbrella, including MESA; oversee student group funding process
• Plan, implement, analyze and evaluate curricular and/or co-curricular programs and activities, incl. facilitation of the UTSC Women in Leadership Initiative
• Promotions and marketing for student-facing events and programming
• Collaborate with Student Success Coordinator to conceptualize, organize, support, and execute events and training activities for students; analyze potential experiential learning opportunities to determine suitability with student learning objectives
