Student Success Coordinator
Areas of Responsibility
- Student Leadership: Provide support to various initiatives that strengthen student leadership skills relevant to undergraduate business study through experiential education programming, communications, academic and professional skills development to maximize student success and ensure a positive student experience.
- Collaboration: Identify and implement ways to collaborate with other U of T Scarborough units (Academic Advising & Career Centre, Student Life, Community Engagement) to increase beneficial services to Management students
- Community Building: Foster a sense of community among students through social events, clubs, and extracurricular activities, enhancing their overall university experience.
- Orientation and Workshops: Organize orientation sessions and workshops to help new students acclimate to university life, teaching them essential skills like time management, study techniques, and effective communication.
