All Aquatic drop-in classes are free for registered U of T students and UTSC faculty and staff (with a membership); they do not require registration. In addition to the following programs, please refer to the TPASC group fitness schedule for information on other aquatic drop-in opportunities.
This class provides an alternative fitness workout with progressing exercises in water to improve core muscle and joint stability, muscle endurance and strength, aerobic endureance and flexibility all in one.

Come to the pool to mix up your workout routine. Swimming is a great way to improve your cardio and muscular strength. It's especially great for strengthening your core and lower back. Come during our UTSC drop-in swim times to practice your swimming or do some aqua conditioning exercises. Women’s Only options available. All drop-in programs must be booked in advance - bookings open 48 hours beforehand. Go to www.tpasc.ca/signup to reserve your timeslot or to create a user account.
