Women's Workouts in the Studio

Join us weekly every Tuesday and Thursday to get your workout on. This program will allow you to experience the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer in a fun and motivating small group setting. No experience necessary. All fitness levels are welcome from Beginners to Advanced.   This is a drop-in program, please register through https://tpasc.ezfacility.com/Sessions#, registration opens 48 hours beforehand.

Women's Workouts in the Fitness Centre (level 2)

Women & Self-Identified Women can come workout in the Fitness Centre - Level 2 with access to cardio equipment, 1 cable unit, 2 dumbbell racks, kettle bells and medicine balls.  A Women's Fitness Ambassador will be present to help with using the equipment and provide tips on proper exercise.   This is a drop-in program, please register through https://tpasc.ezfacility.com/Sessions#, registration opens 48 hours beforehand.
