Join this bi-weekly interactive event series where you can meet other self-identified women to workout together, have open discussions on positive body image, women empowerment, and many other topics.  Participants will be sent a zoom link prior to each class.

Small Group Workouts

Join us weekly every Wednesday from 2-3pm to get your workout on. This program will allow you to experience the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer in a fun and motivating small group setting. No experience necessary. All fitness levels are welcome from Beginners to Advanced. Each week our expert coaches will lead you through a dynamic workout focusing on specific muscle groups catering to each of your fitness needs to minimize time and maximize your results.   A zoom link will be emailed to participants after registration is complete.

Women's Winter Workouts

Come join us for some fresh air and get your body moving with Women’s Winter Workouts every Monday from 3-4pm. All women and self-identified women are welcome.
