Group Fitness

The Department of Athletics & Recreation is excited to announce the group fitness class merge with TPASC Inc. All classes are FREE and will now be open to both UTSC students, staff and faculty (with membership), as well as to TPASC members.

Registration is currently required for Group Fitness classes.

High & low exercise options are avaliable in all classes and no prior experience is necessary. Proper athletic footwear is mandatory.

Courses will take place in in the studios on the third floor of TPASC and in the Fitness Centre.

 

Group Fitness Schedule

*Pre-registration is required for group fitness classes.  Students will need to create an account through the TPASC Portal.  Once you have an account created you will be able to register for these programs.
