Fitness Kickboxing

This course teaches an authentic, fast-paced total body kickboxing workout.  It is geared to improving one's endurance, strength, hand-eye coordination, balance and flexibility.  This course is for individuals of all fitness levels.

Participants will learn combat combinations and techniques while recieving an excellent full body workout. Self-defense techniques are taught through relex development and hand-eye coordination. A uniform may be purchased.

MMA Conditioning

MMA is a mixed martial arts cross-training regiman that will cover a spectrum of developing kicks, boxing techniques, cardio drills, calesthitcs and core conditioning. There will be no direct contact with other participants this term.

Sport Conditioning

These four week sport conditioning sessions are geared towards enhancing skills for specific sports to play at a higher level.  The focus will be on individual skills and fitness components.
