Boxing

Develop your boxing skills with this pre-recorded virtual class.  This self defense type course teaches an authentic, total body workout.  It's focused on improving one's endurance, strength and hand-eye coordination.   Punches, and multi-sequences will be taught.

Fitness Kickboxing

This course teaches an authentic, fast-paced total body kickboxing workout.  It is geared to improving one's endurance, strength, hand-eye coordination, balance and flexibility.  This course is for individuals of all fitness levels.

Karate

Participants will learn combat combinations and techniques while recieving an excellent full body workout. Self-defense techniques are taught through relex development and hand-eye coordination. A uniform may be purchased.

MMA Conditioning

MMA is a mixed martial arts cross-training regiman that will cover a spectrum of developing kicks, boxing techniques, cardio drills, calesthitcs and core conditioning. There will be no direct contact with other participants this term.

Learn practical, comprehensive martial arts moves for fitness and self defense while improving your physical conditioning and mental discipline.   Hand wraps can be purchased for an additional $5.
