This is a good opportunity for your parents/guardians to hear from some of UTSC’s staff, faculty, and fellow international students, and ask any questions you may have about University Support and International Student Life!

SIN - Service CanadaTuesday, August 22, 2022, 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m., Online Interested in working while you’re in Canada? One of the first steps is to obtain a Social Insurance Number!
This Information Session will be delivered by a Service Canada Representative on Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) for International Students.
The presentation will cover the importance of your SIN, the application process and its requirements, and how to protect your SIN once you obtain it. A Q&A will occur after the presentation to address any lingering questions you may have. Join us to learn about this essential part in your International Student journey!
