Academic documents & transcripts

You must submit full documentation for all secondary and post-secondary (college or university) studies.  All documents must be submitted electronically (please note that U of T does not accept documents via e-mail).

Please refer to the After You Apply page for the specific documents required and method for sending the information. If you applied as an Ontario High School student on OUAC, your school will report your Ontario secondary school grades.


Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the required academic and non-academic documents are received by the specified deadlines.

Proof of English Facility

Check if you are required to submit a test of English Facility (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) and check deadline dates for receipt of test results. Visit the English Language Requirement page for details.
