Music Industry and Technology at the University of Toronto Scarborough

Introducing the Specialist (Joint) program in Music Industry and Technology, your launching pad to a thriving career in the dynamic world of music. You will gain practical, real-world skills that lead to success.  

This four-year, undergraduate program will allow you to earn an Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) degree from the University of Toronto and an Ontario College Certificate in Music Business and Technology from Centennial College.

Whether you’re just out of high school or looking to build on your U of T Scarborough studies, this program provides a unique blend of music, business, technology, and industry connections. You’ll become a versatile professional ready to navigate the ever-changing music landscape.  

During your time in the program, you will choose one of two Certificate program streams:

• Audio Engineering: Focuses on audio production.
• Music Business: Focuses on management, marketing, publishing, and licensing.
