Alumni & Friends - Ways to get involved and give back

Programming & Events

In addition to providing students with a safe place to live, we are committed to providing residents with opportunities to meet new people and learn new skills. To that end, our Residence Life team runs regular programming and also works with campus partners to provide a wide-range of engaging programs for students.

These programs are created with student feedback in mind and we are always looking at ways to improve our offerings. If you're looking for something specific, talk to your Residence Advisor and if it's not something we are currently planning, we'll look at how we can integrate it into our programming model in the future.

Each Monday, residents are informed about our programmng options through the Student Housing and Residence Life newsletter, and we also encourage all residents to follow our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts where we regularily post.

Below are some example of the kinds of programming we're offered in the last year and you can see our full list of programming on our Instagram account.

We have joined up with our partners in Athletics and Recreation to offer the first ever Residence Valorant Tournament on February 24th. You can register with a group of four friends (note that three of the five members of your team need to be current UTSC students) or you can register on your own and be placed on a team.
