As the Director, Housing & Residence Life, Greg is responsible for the overall operation of the UTSC residences. From Residence Life, to the facilities maintenance, and everything in between, Greg leads the SHRL team to ensure student's have the best experience possible.
What I Love:
My cat, bubble tea, sushi, and sports (snowboarding, hockey, golf, ultimate frisbee, stand up paddle boarding, & horseback riding).

Diana Cappa
Biography
As the Manager of Housing Operations and Administration, Diana is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the daily administrative operations, as well as the strategic planning for housing operations and service management with the objective to ensure students have the access and support they need to locate suitable and safe housing.
What I love:
Hanging out with my family and friends, cooking, current events, trivia, travelling, gymnastics, hockey, and baseball, and a great witty pun!
Alyssa Bacchus
Biography
As the Student Housing Coordinator, Alyssa supports students applying to and living in residence, as well as students searching for and living in off-campus rental housing. She coordinates the residence application process, service at the Residence office reception desk, and off-campus housing education.

Residence Life
Dorcas Mensah
As the Manager, Residence life, Dorcas oversees the portfolio that we call “Residence Life”. Residence Life is the student experience part of living in residence and includes programming/events/activities, student education, student conduct, emergency response, and management of the Residence Life Team (Resident Advisors, Residence Engagement Facilitators, etc.).
What I love:
I love football (soccer), basketball, sushi, pad Thai, Seinfeld, reading, dining experiences, chocolate, and nuts (pistachios, almonds, & cashews).

As a Residence Life Program Coordinator, Alexandria works to plan and implement curricular and co-curricular activities for all students in residence. She strives to provide fun and engaging activities that will also help you build new skills.

As the counsellor-in-residence, I support the mental well-being of students living in residence by providing individual counselling and group therapy. I also help students get connected to supports on and off campus.

As a Residence Life Coordinator, Alison supports the students living in the South residence. Matt Lucas

As a Residence Life Coordinator (RLC), Matt is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment for students in the community. Beyond ensuring their safety and security, he provides direct assistance to residents on various matters and connects them with relevant campus and community resources as necessary. Matt directly supervises Residence Life Student Staff in the South Townhouses, guiding them as they actively contribute to community development and assist with various residence initiatives.

What I Love:
I have loved playing video games since I was a kid. I also enjoy exploring Downtown Toronto, discovering new dessert spots to satisfy my sweet tooth, and reading non-fiction books. In addition, I play the ukulele, although I still have a lot to learn. Clara Mitchell
Biography
As the Facilities Coordinator, Clara is part of the Facilities Management Team and works closely with Student Housing &Residence Life Staff in order to maintain the residence buildings and surrounding outdoor areas. This includes processing student work orders, scheduling common area cleaning and working on special maintenance projects.
